Author Guidelines

The paper sent to our redaction will be considered for publication if meeting the following criteria:

  1. Papers should discuss the themes of SGlobal Recession in Muslim Countries and Policy Mitigation, The Development of the Halal Industry, Islamic Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Capital Market in Disruptive Era, Islamic Macroeconomics, The Development of Digital Economy in Muslim Countries Toward Innovation Economic Growth, The Role of Islamic Social Finance in Muslim Countries, and The Role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
  2. Articles should be original, research-based, contributive literature review for the development of Islamic accounting, business, and management, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals.
  3. It consists of the title, author’s name, institution, email address, abstract, keywords, content, and references.
  4. The title must be clear, precise and no more than 14 words.
  5. The author does not need to include the academic title and/or job title.
  6. The Manuscript should be typed in MS document format with Book Antiqua, size 12 pts1 space, A4 paper roughly 10 to 25 pages, single-sided.
  7. The Abstract should be 100-150 words. An Abstract should contain clear statement of the purpose of the study, method, result, and implication, with no references cited. Keywords should be 3-5 phrases.
  8. Introduction. The introduction must contain (shortly and consecutively) a general background and a literature review (state of the art), the main research problems and research method. In the final part of the introduction, the purpose of the article writing should be stated.
  9. Result and Discussion. This part consists of the research results and how they are discussed. The results obtained from the research have to be supported by sufficient data.  The research results and the discovery must be the answers, or the research hypothesis stated previously in the introduction part. The following components should be covered in the discussion: How do your results relate to the original question or objectives outlined in the Introduction section (what/how)? Do you provide interpretation scientifically for each of your results or findings presented (why)? Are your results consistent with what other investigators have reported (what else)? Or are there any differences.
  10. Conclusions. Conclusion should answer the objectives of the research and the research discoveries. The concluding remark should not contain only the repetition of the results and discussions or abstract. You should also suggest future research and point out those that are underway.
  11. References minimum of 15 and should be those of the last ten years publication unless they are key references.
  12. Authors are required to use references management application for citation and referral management (Mendeley).
  13. Bibliographical reference must be noted in body note and bibliography according to APA style
  14. It must be typed in Microsoft Word (Word Document Format) and sent to the redaction via online Journal System (OJS).
  15. The paper will be reviewed and edited without changing any substantial contents
The rejected paper will be notified to the author via OJS.
 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
