PENERAPAN TEKNIK REINFORCEMENT POSITIF DALAM BIMBINGAN AGAMA PADA PENYANDANG DISABILITAS

Abstract


Religious guidance is a form of effort to get closer to the creator, knowing religious teachings and religious values. It is motivated by the difficulties experienced by people with disabilities, one of which is weak focus and concentration resulting in behavior that appears not in accordance with what is desired. With this reinforcement technique, efforts are made to change behavior according to what is expected in children with disabilities. This research aims to find out how religious guidance is implemented using positive reinforcement techniques for children with disabilities. The type of research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The research results obtained show that the implementation of religious guidance is running as it should. Meanwhile, positive reinforcement techniques in implementing religious guidance are given through actions and words in the form of praise, support accompanied by sentences or words (very good, right) as well as body movements and gifts that can be enjoyed. These results show that initially the children behaved lazily when the activity was taking place, but now they are starting to become enthusiastic when following the guidance.
