Pengembangan Kompetensi Mahasiswa Prodi PAI IAIN Kudus Berbasis Nilai Nilai Kearifan Lokal Gusjigang

Abstract


The importance of the role of educational institutions must be able to equip students in preparing for the future. Competency needs must be as a prospective professional teacher with the main competencies, namely, pedagogic competencies, personality competencies, social competencies and professional competencies in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No.   16, 2007. While Gusjigang Philosophy which means Gus (good), Ji (Ngaji), and Gang (trade) become the handle and guideline of the holy community in carrying out daily life. This study includes using qualitative description research with more in-depth analysis using interview methods, observations, documentation, and literature. So it can be known the results of research (1) The concept of gusjigang philosophy values in Islamic education in IAIN Kudus namely morality, religious, scientific, critical thinking, hard work, self-creative and responsibility (2) Competency development of PAI IAIN Kudus students through the inheritance of GusJiGang philosophy values reflected in the curriculum of KKNI IAIN Kudus set several courses in line with GusJiGang courses. First Gus in shaping the character of PAI students through internalization of character education courses Citizenship Education and Pancasila. In addition, familiarize the behavior of 5S (Smile, Greetings, Greetings, Manners, and Manners). Second, Ji mastered at least six subjects, namely Arabic, aqidah akhlak, fiqh, Hadith Qur'an, and Islamic cultural history, while some courses that support the source kajaian al-Quran, hadith and yellow book is the Study of hadith Qur'an, and Applied Islamic Sciences as the point of institutional review.
