Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

Guidelines for the writing of articles at ICCoLaSS (International Collaboration Conference on Law, Sharia, adn Sociey) can be seen as follows:

Articles are the author's original scientific work and have never been published or are in the process of being published by other media;

Articles concerned with law and Islamic Law in the various perspective, (See Focus and Scope);

Articles must be in accordance with the surrounding style and article template;

The author must submit an article that reviews the actual themes within the scope of law and Islamic Law, shows the sharpness of analysis, the updating of references, and no plagiarism. The author must fill in the form for the authenticity of the articles;

The articles systematics are:

  • Title;
  • Author's name (without academic degree), affiliation, and e-mail;
  • Abstracts are written in language English. The abstract contains between 150-200 words;
  • Keywords, between 3-7 words;
  • Introduction;
  • Methods;
  • Results;
  • Discussions;
  • Conclusions;
  • Acknowledgements;
  • Bibliography.

Articles can be written in English;

Articles submitted to ICCoLaSS have typed in Papers A4, Margin (Top: 2 cm, left: 2 cm, Botton: 2 cm, Right: 2 cm), Times New Roman 12 pt, 1 spaces ranging in length from 15-25 pages or between 5000 - 7500 words;

The articles submitted through online submissions must contain the articles file and the academic biographical data.
The articles sent using Indonesian transliteration according to SKB Ministers

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
