Gambaran Niat dan Stres Akademik Mahasiswa Di Masa Pandemi

Abstract


During the pandemic, educational systems and methods have changed. Where the learning system is carried out online. These changes cause anxiety about psychological, physical, and behavioral changes in students. This study aims to determine the description of academic intentions and stress in students who are respondents who take online lectures and experience stress. The design used in this study is mixed methods using data collection techniques using survey procedures, to test the validity of the data using triangulation and research data analysis using mixed parallel convergent methods. The results showed that as many as 135 students or 75% of the total 179 respondents experienced academic stress ranging from mild to severe stress caused by various factors, namely internal and external factors. In this study, respondents who experienced stress showed unbalanced actions and intentions. This is in line with what Al-Ghazali said, namely that if someone knows something, then a will or desire (intention) arises, both influenced by inside and outside the heart to do something according to his knowledge.
